Governor's Inn, a 5-story hotel, is part of a large commercial development in Sevierville, TN. The area includes multiple restaurants, amusement, and retail stores. Our engineers designed an HVAC system that includes individual room units and numerous split systems for the lobby and common areas of this hotel. The plumbing system includes twin boilers and a hot water re-circulation system to provide 'on-demand' hot water for the tenants, as well as for the commercial laundry equipment. Griffith Engineering also provided the sprinkler system design intent for this project.

Westgate Resorts
New Construction, Multiple Phases
Gatlinburg, TN

Over the past few years, our engineers have provided the mechanical design for multiple project phases for the Westgate Resort in Gatlinburg, Tennessee. Westgate is a large, multi-building condominium development which offers spectacular mountain and creek-side views. This on-going project has numerous phases which have included 6-unit cabins, two 5-story condominium buildings, an indoor pool facility, multi-purpose maintenance facilities for the staff, retail space, and an arcade building. More projects are planned for the site and Griffith Engineering will continue to perform design services for future phases.

Willow Brook Lodge
New Construction
Pigeon Forge , TN

Located in the center of Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, the prominent Willow Brook Lodge is a large amenity-laden facility within easy walking distance of most attractions. The 43,000 sq. ft. addition to the facility includes additional tenant rooms as well as office and public spaces. The owners wanted to expand the available lodging and staff spaces while maintaining the character of the site. Our engineers designed individual HVAC units for the guest rooms as well as other mechanical systems with independent controls for the office and public spaces. We added standpipes complying with NFPA 14 to the stairwells, and we designed the plumbing system for the five story building to integrate with existing systems.
