Although our projects encompass a wide variety of building types, there are some basic design principles which are common to all projects:

	Mechanical systems, if simple in design and of proper size for a given building, will generally require low maintenance and operating costs.
	Good design provides indoor comfort that meets accepted guidelines for temperature, humidity, air movement, and noise levels.
	Proper design controls noise and minimizes pollution of the atmosphere and the water systems near the building.
	Appropriate mechanical systems for each building are aesthetically pleasing and blend into the surroundings.
