This unique residence in Friendsville, Tennessee required special designs for the mechanical systems. Working closely with the project architects, we selected mechanical units that took into account large window overhangs and other building features that make this an extremely energy efficient home. We were able to locate ductwork in areas that worked with the room design and select diffusers and grilles to coordinate with the aesthetics of the interior. Additionally, we designed a system for the indoor pool area that conditions the area and prevents chlorine and other pool odor migration into the adjacent living areas.
